Where There's a Will...

Wednesday, January 14, 2004:

President Bush is speaking about our nation's future in space right now, as I type this. He called NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe a "Commissioner" and Mike Foale's intro was obviously pre-recorded and not his words. The location is all wrong for an announcement of this magnitude; President Bush should be speaking from JPL here in California, not from the nation's capital. For full effect, this announcement should have been saved for the State of the Union speech next week. Why is this man our President? I certainly did not elect him.
