A fourth spaceman corp? The European Union wants to join the world space community with its own astronaut corp. I say, welcome to the party! They have already flown with us and Russia, and will surely send men on Chinese rockets when the time comes. Isn't it better to fly from their own base? Absolutely! This needs to be done, put maoney towards this cause. Space is worth it!
