All these lawyers. You know, I think they should be on the front lines! Friendly-fire accident, anyone? U.S. attorneys dispatched to advise military - These lawyers don't need to be involved. A war is a war is a war. When one fights to defend one's country, one takes the ultimate risk upon one's own life. Saddam is always a viable target, whether before, during, or after the main event(s). If this man is so evil, as we are constantly told, than why would exile or arrest even be considered? Would either of the above have been considered for Adolf? I think we will never know.
