The Sacramento Bee -- sacbee.com -- Interior secretary threatens to cut California water supply - Gale Norton is out of control! She is not, nor has she ever been, the "river master." The federal government should stay the hell out of California's business! This water issue is between states and has nothing what-so-ever to do with the federalis. This is our water, leave us alone, Ms. Inferior Secretary!
