Click10.com - Gun Company Must Pay Teacher's Widow - This is outrageous! The gun company had nothing to do with the murder, the school board had nothing to do with the murder, and the family friend had nothing to do with the murder! The murderer, an evil creature of a child, gets off with no liability! What kind of a world is this?! Okay, if this is the standard, than Ford, Toyota, GM, Honda, and all other vehicle manufacturers should be held liable for all the deaths caused by drunk drivers, right? The drunk driver did not kill anyone, the vehicle killed the others. Why, the drunk was just out having fun! Right?! NO!! The drunk is the murderer, the vehicle, an inanimate object, harmed no one, and the drunk should be run over at least 100 times, until and even beyond his last breath. That is true justice! An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, bullet for a bullet, that's what I believe. For murderers, the punishment should be 3 times what the crime is. That is my humble opinion.
