Where There's a Will...

washingtonpost.com: Terror Threat Closes Fla. Highway - Another thought on this non-event: If the cars are so dangerous, wouldn't it be safer to just blow them up where they sit, then to risk many lives trying to discover if there are any explosives inside? The cost difference is immaterial. A whole in the highway, or a hole in one or more families? The hole in the highway can be repaired, a lost family member cannot be replaced.
As I write this, I am listening to KFI AM-640 and it has been determinded that there were no explosives in either car. The waitress who notified the police did the wrong thing. So, these gentlemen were joking about 9-11 and saying that 9-13 would be worse. So what!! Don't infringe on my freedoms, damn it! Who can we trust with what we say?
