Ananova - Scientist blames failure of monsoon on US warplanes - This scientist is crazy! The lack of a monsoon is good news, I should think. Monsoons kill people and harm the land. Destroy homes and wipe-out roads. Monsoons, based on past video and news stories, are an unwelcome part of life in India. This scientist should thank our troops for being in Afganistan. That's what I think!
