Where There's a Will...

Tons of Squid - This is an amazing picture. All these squid are washed ashore for unknown reasons. The "experts" don't know why this is happening. They form hypothesis and ideas about the reason, but they really don't know. I also don't know. Unlike the experts though, I readily say that I don't have an explanation. We humans just can't understand the animal world, of which we are a part. We assume that non-humans are just like humans, when they probably are not. When a horse performs an action that looks like it is scratching itself, we assume that the horse has an itch. What we should do instead is ask ourselves, "what is that animal doing? Is it scratching an itch or performing some other action?" What I am suggesting, to sum up, is that we humans should not base all non-human actions on similar human actions, and vice-versa. All life is unique and should be treated as such. I am not saying that non-humans are more important than humans, I am just saying that all life, in all forms, is different and special. Take this phrase at face value, read nothing more into it then there is. That is all for now...More Later...TILL NEXT TIME.
