 Secretary of State - Republicans  - Keith Olberg; Democrats - Kevin Shelley
 Controller - Republicans  - Dean Andal; Democrats - Steve Westly
 Treasurer - Republicans  - Mary A. Toman; Democrats - Philip Angelides
 Attorney General - Republicans  - Dick Ackerman; Democrats - Bill Lockyer
 Insurance Commissioner - Republicans  - Wes Bannister; Democrats - Tom Umberg
 Superintendent of Public Instruction - Jack O'Connell
 
 Statewide Propositions:
 Proposition 40 - No
 Proposition 41 - Yes
 Proposition 42 - Yes
 Proposition 43 - Yes
 Proposition 44 - No
 Proposition 45 - Yes
